It Really Does Take Two - Give Yourself A Break


Note to self - stop having those conversations that never happen.  How often do you have yourself all riled up before you've even gotten out the door in the morning?  Too often?  so I'm putting this on my STOP DOING list.

STOP was one of the best words I relearned.  With one of my first counsellors I figured, with a little help, that just stopping the thoughts and those energy draining conversation was a major find.

I found some gorgeous STOP signs at Kind Over Matter last week - I really need to START using these.
