I told you all a while back about my winning Best of British Cushion and my prize arrived this week. A gorgeous hamper of goodies from Coat Crafts. It was like childhood Christmas joy - a big box full of surprises. I really didn't know what to expect and was really excited to find out what was inside.

A bit like many a young child I was extra excited to find a beautiful big box inside holding all my crafting goodies. I've already earmarked the box for the memory collection I have for my son, that one's been on my list of to do's for quite some time and now that I have the ideal box it's worked it's way nearer to the top.

Beautiful fabric, threads, yarn, a quilting book by Kaffe Fassett, it really was a cornucopia of crafting heaven. And I am looking forward to working with it all.

| So Much to See - My Christmas in August |
So, I thought I'd share my good fortune and do my first giveaway. I'm giving away the maia counted cross stitch pack you can see in the middle of the pic. It's called 'Everlasting Love' and is from an original painting by Nel Whatmore.
