Didn't get round to my unblocking last night - decided to get some meditation in whilst waiting on the session starting and promptly fell asleep. Still it would seem that my unblocking is meant to be as I've been given the chance to try tonight again. Definitely having the power nap earlier and feeling a lot more positive about it as I managed to getsomeheadspace at my regular time today.
