Usual Sunday BS - cutting the BS

I just checked my to do list for last week - and although I have been really busy all week, doing lots of bits and pieces - when it comes to checking the boxes for what I have done the result would be nada - nada and a little/lot more nada.  So I'm making today's post short and sweet and getting to work on what really needs to be done.  Leaving you with two things:
